Masboh Group was established and founded in 1988 by Mr Sean Seah. Masboh is registered with CIDB as a grade G7 contractor and our core business mainly focuses on developers and contractors while working closely with associate partners such as suppliers, manufacturers, and sub-contractors. We strive to develop and bring innovative world class equipment and systems with added value and service to achieve the greatest benefits for all stakeholders.

Our Milestones
1980s
Mr. Sean Seah begun with humble beginnings as a sales executive with Ipmuda Bhd. They are a building materials supplier since 1978 based in Ipoh and covers the whole of Perak state.
1994 - 1997
Imported cement from China by chartered the whole shipment of 20,000 ton for each orders to help easing the market shortage.
Also, MASBOH started to export bricks and other local building materials to Singapore with the record of up to 15 lorry loads on each day.
1998 - 2009
Challenged by the Asia Financial Crisis, MASBOH explored opportunities by branching out to South Africa and exporting building materials for 5 years.
After Mr. Sean Seah returned to Malaysia, he diversified the business by joining Mivan Far East, a British based company, focusing on the construction industry sector in China and the wider Asian market.
2010
Starting the all new joint venture journey with Hyundai Aluminium Group.
2012
After 2 years of hard work since 2010, in 2012, MASBOH get our first project, Empire City @ Damansara, a 12-Block mix development.
2014
MASBOH starting to expand the presence to Penang and Johor Bahru. Early 2014, MASBOH kickstart with the first project in Penang, Setia V Residence, a 2-Block of 50-Storey Residences.
End of 2014, got the first project in JB, Suasana Lumayan, a 1-Block, 40-Storey residences.
2015
Got the affordable homes project, PRIMA Alam Damai, a 6-Block residence. MASBOH IBS system is proven to be a good choice for affordable projects.
2017
Form MASBOH DUOWEI, Specialized in supplying the best solutions for home living.
2018 - 2019
Joint venture with Kova international and form MASBOH KOVA, Specialized in providing latest USA Nano Paint Technology.
Since then, MASBOH expand our market presence and explore new market in Thailand and Vietnam, and other S.E.A. Countries.
Beyond 2020
Formed MASBOH IBS and continue venture into new products such as MASBOH ABS Fiber Formwork and ABS Fiber Purlin.
Also, MASBOH Group stepping up the game with innovatives and technologies by having new extension such as the online platform, MASBOH BUILDMART E-Hardware.

What is G7 contractor in Malaysia?
G7 contractor is the highest grade in CIDB and have no limit for tendering capacity. G7 contractors have the highest chance to be awarded mega projects.
What is the requirement for G7 contractor?
Minimum technical qualification – 1 Diploma Holder & 1 Degree Holder in a related field (one of whom has a minimum of 5 years experience or 2 Degree Holders in a related field).
What is G7 license?
A cert endorsed by Construction Industry Development Board ( CIDB ) as a Grade G7 Contractor.
